Review by hotel critic
As a Seoul-based fashion photographer with a penchant for luxury, my recent stay at Boutique Hotel Catshuis was thoroughly enjoyable. The heritage building, impeccably renovated, offers a perfect blend of modern design and historical charm nestled right by the canal. The spacious room provided a tranquil escape amid the city buzz. What stood out, however, was breakfast. Instead of a standard buffet, I was delighted by a menu featuring freshly squeezed juice and coffee-each sip a delightful start to the day. I found myself especially taken by the selection of cold cuts and freshly baked pastries, which paired perfectly with the yogurt and muesli. Dining at the adjoining Fire Cafe was equally noteworthy, with attentive staff enhancing a relaxed atmosphere. For those fond of gastronomy and seeking unique experiences, the Catshuis is a gem in the heart of the city, where culinary innovation meets comfort. I absolutely recommend it for your next gourmet getaway!
